Our services
Monthly Business
Owner Support
Would having ongoing monthly support and accountability benefit your business development
and growth?
Why I offer
monthly
business
owner support
Being a business owner is lonely
with the status quo.
What is monthly business owners support?
Each month we meet and look at the progress in your business, new developments (positive and negative), and where you are heading.
If you’ve gone through my business health check then we’ll already have created an action plan to move your business forward and so our monthly business owner support sessions will build on foundation.
If you come to me directly as a monthly business owner support client then we will look at what is happening each month in your business and together work out solutions to any issues, make plans to move the business forward and/or plug any gaps.
Being a business owner is lonely enough when things are running smoothly, and you are happy with the status quo.
But when it’s time to develop your business, scale and grow… well, it can feel so overwhelming you can almost come to a standstill.
My business health check and business surgery session clients asked if I could be available to them longer term and so I decided to offer monthly business owner support.

My approach….
Why choose me as your business consultant?
My clients work with me because they want, and need, to move forward as business owners.
Whether that’s linked to their goals for their business or their personal drive to succeed.
Having started my first business aged 18 I learned quickly what works and what doesn’t. Within months the business became a limited company due to turnover, now has over 100 employees and only requires my input on strategy and growth as a member of its Board.
Realising my entrepreneurial streak, I now have three businesses, am the Vice-President of my local Chamber of Commerce, and support a number of SME’s through my consultancy.
I have an extensive network of professional associates who I have worked with and can recommend to you.
Many of my clients consider me as the operational input to their creative mind. It’s a great balance.
If you would like to move your business forward on an ongoing basis, then why not book a call with me to discuss my monthly business owner support.
You may have heard me say this before, I am not a business coach, I am a consultant and business owner who has been there and done it… a few times over.
This means that I bring my knowledge and experience to your business. Together we can ensure progress is made.
I will be able to fill the gaps you may have and explain the best way to achieve the results you are looking for.
I am there to guide you, review actions with you, and be a resource for you to draw upon.
If you are committed to changing your business for the better and want to be held accountable for your progress, then my monthly business owner support may be right for you.
