What is a Business Health Check?
A business health check looks at your overall business, in detail. I have created an in-depth survey, which gives us an accurate overview of your current situation.
The results of the survey lead into our first meeting, where we assess your business in more detail. This will enable us, working together, to identify any gaps and areas for improvement. Our second meeting is where I present my suggestions for your business. We agree on a clear plan of action.
A business health check is comprehensive and is for those business owners who are committed to taking positive strides forward leading to business improvement and growth.
